Meek Mill is calling BS on the guy he calls Drake's ghostwriter ... saying neither he nor his team whupped Quentin Miller's ass.

Young Thug Reportedly Stole "Slime Season 3" Cover Art

Young Thug released the third installment of his Slime Season mixtape series today (March 25) shortly after releasing "Problem" and "Digits" as singles yesterday (March 24).
A Reddit user who goes by the name of Golf-x-Wang claims on the site that the cover art for the singles, that was later used for the Slime Season 3 mixtape cover art, was drawn by his girlfriend and that she was never compensated for her work.
He says that his girlfriend posted the image on Instagram, it got some traction and Young Thug's girlfriend liked the picture. The user says that the rapper never got in touch with his girlfriend about using the art for Slime Season 3.
Other Reddit users suggested preparing to take Young Thug to court or reaching out to 300 Entertainment executive Lyor Cohen in order to ensure she is properly credited for her work.
Young Thug's designer, Fano, replied to the thread and said that he has gotten in touch with the artist and promises she will be compensated.
"Yoo Fano here.. thought I'd clear some things up..

1. I had nothing to do with choosing this album art. Thug randomly picked her picture and it was sent to me and asked to be edited.
2. No one in the camp knew who created the original until yesterday. We tried to find the original artist before release to no avail.
3. I spoke to her yesterday and she IS being compensated for her work.
4. I never claimed to be the creator of the cover nor did I put my logo on it.
5. The altered cartoon version that was made by me was just fan art and a reinterpretation of the cover. I was not paid for it and I tagged her as soon as I found out."

Fano also addressed Twitter users about the cover art.
"just did the coloring," he says to a user asking if he made the art.
He also asks if the artist has a Twitter account when asked how she can be credited for the work.

50 Cent Shares His Thoughts On The Game Showing Love For EFFN Vodka

50 Cent addresses The Game showing love to EFFN Vodka in an interview with Charlotte, North Carolina's Power 98 radio personality Danny Diaz.
The Compton, California rapper shared his first experience trying 50 Cent's EFFN Vodka and praised the vodka brand on Instagram.
"This bullshit is actually amazing," the "100" rapper captioned on an Instagram post that he later deleted. "As soon as I took my 1st shot I felt like everybody in the club had took the same 2 shots I did cause they were all staring at me, as if they needed me to give them some direction.. & what I do??"
"I don’t know what that is," the G-Unit boss says. "I don’t know what it is. It’s not even on his Instagram. Sometimes you do stuff and you don’t even know if you mean it. Fif' also questions the sincerity behind a picture of The Game and Lloyd Banks that taken in Dubai last month since The Game's former manager Jimmy Henchman was sentenced to life in prison for conspiring to kill Bank's close friend Lodi Mac in 2009.
"If you saw him and y'all spoke and y'all was really tryna settle something then y'all settled with each other when y'all spoke about it," the Queens, New York rapper says. "What was the picture necessary for? It's for publicity. It's to promote the situation and that does nothing."
50 Cent says the question that should be asked is how would Lodi Mac feel about the picture.

Iggy Azalea Suggests Nicki Minaj Uses Ghostwriters

Iggy Azalea says she has the same number of writers as Nicki Minaj.
In a move straight out of the Meek Mill playbook, Iggy Azalea recently suggested that fellow rapper, Nicki Minaj works with ghostwriters. During an appearance on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" this week, the Australian musician was asked about subliminal comments Nicki made during her acceptance speech at the 2014 BET Awards.
She later explained that she didn't initially feel that Nicki's comments were directed at her.
"I have just as many people on my writing credits as she has on hers," Iggy Azalea said. "So, I don't think there's--I know I write mines. If she writes hers, I believe her too. But you can't look at the credits and be like 'Oh, look at this massive difference.' It's the same number of people on both...Unless you say my name, I don't really have time to speculate."
During her BET Awards speech, the Queens rapstress specifically stated "that when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it."
Iggy also revealed that she's back on good terms with Snoop Dogg. She offered that particular update when asked what artist she'd be most willing to collaborate with, out of Eminem, Azealia Banks, and Snoop Dogg.
"I'd choose Snoop because we've made up since then. And we were actually friends before then," she said.

Fetty Wap Meets Child With Retinoblastoma

Fetty Wap met with the child that was inspired by him at a concert last week at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver. Jayden Burgos was born with retinoblastoma, which is a form of eye cancer and when he saw Fetty Wap without his eye, and was inspired to go to school without a prosthetic eye.
Burgos, now 11-years-old, lost his eye before his first birthday, according to Daily Mail and Fetty Wap lost his eye as a child to glaucoma.
Burgos' mother, Brenda Vaden, shared the experience on Instagram of when her son met Fetty Wap.

Royce Da 5'9 Announces "Layers" Album Release Date, Cover Art & Tracklist

Royce Da 5'9 has unveiled the cover art and tracklist for his forthcoming Layers album via a press release. Layers is set for an April 15 release.
The Detroit rapper's project is slated to have 17 tracks. Pusha T and Rick Ross are listed as features on the title track.
Production comes from S1, Mr. Porter and Jake One.
Mr. Porter serves as executive producer for Layers with Royce Da 5'9.
Layers will be Royce's first solo album since 2011's Success Is Certain.

Lil Wayne Announces Collaboration With Chance The Rapper

Lil Wayne announced a collaboration with Chance The Rapper via a live stream from a studio session.
"Right now I'm working on a future song for my homeboy Chance The Rapper," Lil Wayne says in the video, which was captured by HotNewHipHop. "Shoutout Chance The Rapper."
The two artists worked together when Chance The Rapper appeared on "You Song," a track from Lil Wayne's Dedication 5.
The New Orleans rapper is also working on Collegrove, a collaborative mixtape with 2 Chainz.
Chance The Rapper was recently featured on Kanye West's The Life of Pablo and reportedly has a third mixtape in the works. He released a collaborative tape with Lil B called Free Based Freestyles in August.

50 Cent Has Not Sold His Connecticut Mansion

50 Cent has not sold his Connecticut mansion, a representative for the G-Unit rapper told People.
"It is not sold yet," the source says, "there are offers they are reviewing and it is still on the market."
TMZ reported yesterday (March 2) that 50 Cent sold the 50,000 square foot home for $8 million to developers who wanted to turn the property into an assisted living facility.
The rapper filed for bankruptcy in July and the court must approve any potential sale of the mansion, which 50 bought in 2003 for $4.1 million.
"There is no signed contract in place to purchase the property," the Power producer's attorney told People. "Until such time as a formal contract has been approved by the Bankruptcy Court and executed, the property will remain listed and for sale to all interested buyers."
50 Cent first put the house on the market in 2007 for $18.5 million.

50 Cent sold his Connecticut mansion for $8 million, according to TMZ.
The buyer of the G-Unit rapper's 50,000 square foot home is planning on renovating the 21-bedroom, 25-bathroom property into an assisted living center for the elderly.
The mansion features an infinity pool, helicopter pad, basketball courts, casino and nightclub.
50 Cent originally put the house up for sale in 2007 with an asking price of $18.5 million. He's slowly lowered the price. It was set to $9,999,999 in 2011 and dropped it again to $8.5 million in December.
He purchased the property in 2003 from Mike Tyson's ex-wife for $4.1 million and reportedly spent between $6 million and $10 million on renovations.
The Power producer filed for bankruptcy in July and, in court documents, he says he spends $72,000 per month on the home and $5,000 on gardening.

Macklemore Says Eminem Is Appropriating A Black Art Form

In the song ‘White Privilege 2’ Macklemore discusses how he benefits from being a white artist in a black medium.
In his bars, he also mention Caucasians Elvis Presely, Iggy Azalea and Miley Cyrus as benefactors. But he doesn’t mention the most famous white rapper: Emimem.
Billboard asked him why, and this is what he said.

Asked if he would include Eminem in the Elvis, Iggy and Miley group, he says yes: “He’s a white person who raps. I think regardless of where you come from or how amazing you are, you’re still a white person appropriating a black art form.

In the interview, he also expresses regret that he didn’t give his friend Azalea a heads up before he referenced her in ‘White Privilege II’.
What do you think of Macklemore saying Eminem is appropriating a black art form? Judging from some of his own lyrics, Eminem may well agree.

French Montana Clarifies His Comments On Kendrick Lamar And The Grammys

French Montana meant it when he said all the critical focus on Kendrick Lamar is squeezing out street rap.
But he didn’t mean it as any sort of dig at K.Dot.
In a Breakfast Club interview last week, French said that he thought the Grammys — and the music industry in general — was favoring Kendrick because they prefer his type of conscious rap.
Talking to TMZ yesterday, French insisted that his comments had nothing to do with any animus toward or beef with Lamar.

“Each style of rap, whether it be street rap, conscious rap, trap, or anything else should be looked at equally as being hip-hop.” he told TMZ. “All of these artists should be acknowledged, rather than singling out an individual, whether it be Kendrick or anyone else.”

Spike Lee Goes Off On Chance The Rapper

Chance the Rapper was among the Chicago emcees who criticized the Spike Lee joint Chi-Raq, saying it misrepresented their city.
The film has come and gone, but Lee’s bitterness toward Chance is still there.
During a Q&A session yesterday at Chicago-area university Northwestern, Lee had some harsh words for Chance.

“Chance the Rapper’s a fraud. Straight-up fraud,” Lee told the students. “He puts himself up as a speaker of the people, but that means you have to put truths that you see. That doesn’t mean you can pick and choose what you talk about.”

What makes the feud particularly awkward is that Lee knows Chance’s dad Ken Bennett, who’s worked for Barack Obama and is now an aid to Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel.

Justin Gatlin breaks Usain Bolt's 100m record at 9.48seconds but it won't count

Usain Bolt is officially the world's fastest man at 9.58 seconds for 100m but his record was broken yesterday by American athlete Justin Gatlin at 9.45 seconds.
Unfortunately for Justin, the feat won't count because it was at a Japanese TV Show rather than an IAAF organized event/competition. Usain Bolt's record was set at Berlin World Championships in 2009 and hasn't been broken since then, but Gatlin is expected to be Bolt's major rival at this year's Rio Olympics.

Gerard Piqué to consider playing in Colombia for Shakira's sake

Footballer Gerard Pique says he might play in Colombia towards the end point of his career because of his partner Shakira, who's from Colombia. It is common among football stars to play in lower leagues towards the end of their career but Pique's decision to consider plying his trade in Colombia is a real sign of love. 

In a Periscope chat after Barça's 2-1 win over Sevilla, he answered a whole host of questions, including about his close friend and former Barcelona teammate Cesc Fàbregas, now at Chelsea, and about Neymar's future . When asked whether he will be interested in playing in Colombia one day, he said;
