50 Cent Seeking Reduction In Judgment From Sex Tape Case

50 Cent Seeking Reduction In Judgment From Sex Tape Case

50 Cent posted a sex tape of Lastonia Leviston.

50 Cent is seeking a reduction in the judgment in the sex tape case where he was ordered to pay Lastonia Leviston $7 million, according to TMZ.
The Queens, New York rapper wants the $7 million judgment reduced to $1.6 million because he claims that the emotional damages portion of the judgment was inflated.
In July, Leviston, who has a baby with 50 Cent rival Rick Ross, won her lawsuit against 50 Cent over a sex tape that the rapper posted of her.
In November, Leviston called 50 Cent’s expenses during his bankruptcy filing “unreasonable” and asked the judge to deny his requests for reimbursement.
