Milan's attempts to sign Marouane Fellaini have been dismissed by Manchester United, according to The Mirror.
The former Everton man has been used sparingly this season by Louis Van Gaal, often thrown on towards the end of matches.
But nevertheless, the newspaper reports Milan were told that he remains an indispensable part of the Red Devils' squad and, as such, will not be allowed to leave the club in this transfer window.
