Health tips by Dr Boluwatife Olayemi

Am here again just for u,..... Ok today I just want to give u hints on what to do if u are having big tommy....this is mainly for the Girls,
First have u noticed you having a big tommy lately? And u don't want again(of course no girl will want a big tommy) 😀
Eat a Snack at 3pm. For most people, 3pm is their weak spot. ...
Stay Away From Salt. ...
Chew Slowly. ...
Eat fruits alot....
Find Your Zen. ...
Go Green! ...
Watch The Sugar. ...
Perform Cardio Daily.
Don't eat late at night... (most preferable eat at 6-8) and that's OK for the day.
Stay away from fatty foods(like butter and some beef)
Do sit ups like (10times) 3times a day...if u have the time
Also avoid alcohol.
If you are a guy and u receive this kindly show this or share to your best friends, sugar mummy's,girlfriends,and girls who are close to u, and u notice they have the big Tommy..
