C-Murder Disses 2 Chainz On "2 Stainz;" 2 Chainz Responds

The New Orleans emcee says he is the originator of the TRU movement on the diss track.

C-Murder released his "2 Stainz" 2 Chainz diss track today (January 12).
In the song, the New Orleans emcee says that he is the originator of the "TRU" movement.
"I made this TRU shit, 2 Chainz / Fuck you, nigga / Pussy-ass nigga," C-Murder raps. Throughout his career, C-Murder has used "Tru" in his music including for the titles of the 2002 album Tru Dawgs and 2006's The Tru Story...Continued.
On "2 Stainz," he also addresses his prison sentence and says 2 Chainz couldn't survive the conditions in the penitentiary.
"You'd be a hoe you was in the pen, nigga," C-Murder raps.
C-Murder is serving a life sentence for the murder of 16-year-old Steve Thomas in 2002. His lawyer is seeking a third trial and asking for new witnesses to testify saying he did not commit the crime. C-Murder was first sentenced in 2009.
2 Chainz responded to the "2 Stainz" diss track on Instagram.
"Man, my partner just notified me that C-Murder made a diss song about me," 2 Chainz says in a video post. That's hard as fuck. C-Murder always been hard as fuck. True."
He then posts a video of himself singing along to The Stylistics "You Are Everything."
