Tom Hardy says he referenced lyrics in Shmurda's "Hot Nigga" song while filming.
While recently promoting The Revenant, Tom Hardy, who plays the adversary of Leonardo DiCaprio's character, said that he made a reference to Bobby Shmurda while filming.
"It never made the cut, the Bobby Shmurda line," Hardy says in a Vine captured by Pigeons and Planes.
"Shut your trap house," DiCaprio responds.
On "Hot Nigga," the Brooklyn, New York rapper says, "If you ain't a ho, get up out my trap house."
Shmurda is currently incarcerated at Rikers Island and is awaiting trial after he and members of his GS9 crew were arrested in December 2014 on weapons and murder charges.
